The Shoreditch 10K is one of the most eagerly anticipated events on the running calendar in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant boroughs. Due to the scale and numbers participating in the Shoreditch 10K, it will be necessary to implement road closures across the full 10KM route to facilitate the safe passage of the participants. Please be aware that the road closures could impact your travel arrangements on that day.
We will issue a full overview of the Shoreditch 10K route and a list of the affected roads and their closure times in due course. For further assistance with queries regarding the route and subsequent road closures please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

You have to be 16 years old by 31st Dec 2019 to run in our event. Please also note that if you are 15, 16 or 17 years old by time of entering, you will need to get your parent or guardian to complete this for you: Parental Consent Form.
All General Entry runners who can no longer participate in the event more than 30 days prior to the event date may transfer their entry to another adidas City Runs event. Runners however, cannot defer their entry into the following year’s events. Notice of this will need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating clearly the desire to transfer and putting ‘SHOREDITCH transfer’ in the subject line of the email.
You can change your details up until 30 days prior to the event. You can do this by logging into your account (using the details setup during registration) and edit your information here: https://myevents.active.com.
Packs will be sent out about 2 weeks before the event but can arrive as late as the day before.
If you do not receive a pack then you will need to come to the Event Village at Shoreditch Park on Saturday 13th July (the day before the event) between 12:00 – 17:00. Please remember to bring a photo ID and your confirmation email.
If you entered using an international address you will have to collect your pack and t-shirt on the day of the event.
If you have not received your t-shirt, you can change your t-shirt size anytime up to 30 days before the event date by emailing email@example.com with the subject line ‘Shoreditch 10K T-Shirt Size Change’.

If you have already received your t-shirt and it does not fit you may be able to swap it. Please come to the Event Village in Shoreditch Park on Saturday 13th July (the day before the event) between 12:00 – 17:00.
Please bring your current pack to swap (not just the t-shirt), as we will need to issue you a new timing chip that correlates to your new runner number that is printed on your new t-shirt.
If you entered using an international address you will not receive your Event Pack in the post. You will need to come to the Event Village in Shoreditch Park on Saturday July 13 (the day before the event) between 11:30 – 17:30. Please remember to bring a photo ID and your confirmation email.

Start waves will be released approximately 2 weeks prior to the event weekend. Please check back closer to the event date.
All runners must wear the free adidas race day t-shirt they receive in advance of the event. This will have your unique race number printed on it which will pair with your timing chip and also be used to identify you for your personal photos.
If you have secured a GOSH place you will be given a charity vest from GOSH to wear. You will receive a race number bib in your Event Pack and will be required to pin this on to make sure you get picked up by our photographers and receive your personal photos.

You will receive your timing chip along with your adidas race day t-shirt in the post in the lead up to the event. Remember to wear this on your shoe on race day so you can get an official time!
Yes. Our friendly pacers sourced through the adidas Runners community will be there on the day to help you achieve your target time.
We have pacers for the following times:
Sub 40 minutes
The last runner to cross the start line has 1 hour and 40 minutes to finish. Unfortunately, we have to have a cut off time due to road closure limitations. Don’t fear, there is plenty of time to finish – runners need to be able to maintain a 6kph pace across the route (this is brisk walking pace)
We strongly discourage the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when running. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile telephones, personal stereos and MP3 players. Please note we cannot be responsible for accidents resulting from taking part with such equipment.
Yes. We want you to be able to get some fresh clothes on before re-joining your family and friends to Unlock Shoreditch and make the most of the fantastic offers we’ve organised. Remember to keep your medal with you to access these great discounts.
Whist we are always looking for ways to make our events as inclusive as possible, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate wheelchair racers. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
Yes, however the child must remain in the buggy at all times and not run alongside the other runners, and each runner who runs with a buggy must set off at the back of the final pen. If you wish to run with your child in a buggy please complete this Parental Consent Form and bring it to Help Desk on Sunday morning ahead of the race start. Please note Help Desk will be open from 07:45.
Yes of course. Our Event Village is open to runners and spectators from 07:45 until 13:00 and will be full of entertainment and food and drink vendors for everyone to enjoy. There will be crossing points at various sections of the route too, where our Marshals will be on hand to point you to the nearest one.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow your four-legged friend onto the course but we are more than happy for them to spectate with your friends and family as long as they stay on their lead.
