I grew up playing tennis before being seduced by the world of running and endurance sports. As a qualified Master NLP Coach, I’m fascinated by the mental side of what it takes to be a long distance runner & helping athletes in this area.


Olivia Ross- Hurst

As an athlete and coach, I am passionate about how the progression of training increases a runners confidence. Week on week you can see your fitness levels grow and be one step closer to achieving your goals – no matter what.
